We are using WordPress custom post type technique to store knowledge base posts. Now, 404 is a very common issue while you’ve installed knowledge base plugin for the first time. Don’t worry. You just need to refresh WordPress rewrite rules and it’s very easy to do. Go to WordPress admin panel>settings>permalink section and click the save button. That’s all.
