To install Knowledge base plugin, Go to the plugins section of your site admin panel and click Add New from sub menu. A new window will appear to upload the plugin.

Now, upload the “bwl-kb-manager.zip” file.

Once plugin uploaded successfully in your server, you will get a message to activate it. Click on “Activate Plugin” Link and plugin will be activated in your site and now it’s ready for use. After activating plugins, you will be redirected in plugins section of wp-admin panel and show new installed plugins information in there.

Now, you are ready to add your knowledge base posts. Plugin will automatically added a new menu item and it’s name is “BWL KB”. Go to “BWL KB” from left sidebar menu and you will see other sub-menu items like following image.
